MCW community center leaders from Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Zambia, and Tanzania convene to participate in this annual retreat, co-facilitated by MCW and Educo Africa. The retreat program comprises a variety of dynamic team-building exercises designed to empower participants and enhance the quality of the services that MCW community centers provide.
