LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM

Helping youth build the skills, confidence, and networks needed to achieve their goals and contribute to their communities.

The Leadership Training Program strives to involve youth in their local communities through group leadership and interaction. It focuses on three core activities: the US Youth Leadership Retreat, the Africa Youth Leadership Retreat, and the Alumni Ventures Fund.
