Robyn Deutsch
Intern (Volunteer), Coordinator of MCW Jacqueline's
Human Rights Corner
Robyn
joined the MCW team in January 2010, focusing on media and communications and
special projects. In January 2011, she became the coordinator of MCW
Jacqueline’s Human Rights Corner.
Robyn graduated from Emory University with a degree in Political
Science and Community Building and Social Change in 2008. While there, she
volunteered with Refugee Family Services, working closely with the Iranian Bahai community.
After graduating, she lived for two
years in Cape Town, South Africa, and worked with a community development organization called Ikamva Labantu (The Future of our People) concentrating on fundraising, marketing, social media and special projects. She hopes to return to Cape Town: her home away from home.
Robyn's interests
include travel, cultural exchange, social entrepreneurship and comprehensive,
sustainable community development.
She is currently completing her
Masters Degree in Non-Profit Management at Milano The New School for Management
and Policy.
