What is an MCW An MCW vision plan identifies a specific challenge in a community and the steps to take to address that challenge.
Do You Have a Vision? If you are 16-21 join us for our annual Youth Leadership Retreat. This 7-day program gives participants from around the world all the guidance and tools they need to craft a vision plan.
